Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Riders and shoppers must complete identity verification (KYC) before accepting paid work.

FetchIt is a marketplace that connects customers with independent riders and personal shoppers for deliveries, errands and shopping in Techiman, Sunyani and surrounding areas. FetchIt provides the technology, payments and safety tools; the actual delivery or shopping service is performed by independent providers, not by FetchIt.

• You may hold a customer, rider or shopper account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your PIN and login secure.
• Rider and shopper accounts are subject to KYC verification and may be suspended if information is false or incomplete.
• You may not share, sell or transfer your account.

• Customers post gigs or send direct requests describing the task, pickup and drop-off landmarks, and an offered price.
• Prices are agreed between the customer and the provider in-app, subject to any platform minimum.
• Providers choose which jobs to accept. Accepting a job forms an agreement to perform it as described.

• Payments are processed through the Moolre payment gateway using Mobile Money. All amounts are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
• For in-app payments, the customer funds an escrow wallet. Funds are held securely and released to the provider only after the customer confirms delivery.
• Customers may also choose to pay in cash on delivery, in which case the platform simply records the transaction.
• FetchIt charges a platform commission on completed in-app payments, deducted from the amount released to the provider. Applicable gateway fees may also apply.

• Riders and shoppers accumulate earnings in their FetchIt wallet and can request withdrawal to their Mobile Money number.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid out by FetchIt; processing times may vary.
• You are responsible for providing correct payout details.

• A customer may cancel a request before a provider begins the task. Funds held in escrow that were not released are refundable.
• Where a delivery fails or a dispute is upheld, FetchIt may refund escrow to the customer or release it to the provider as appropriate.
• Cash transactions are settled directly between customer and provider.

You may not use FetchIt to transport or request illegal goods, weapons, drugs, hazardous or stolen items, or age-restricted items without proper checks, nor to harass, defraud, impersonate or threaten anyone. See our Safety Guidelines for the full list.

Customers rate the providers who serve them. Ratings must be honest and must not be manipulated. FetchIt may remove ratings that breach these Terms.

Riders and shoppers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of FetchIt. FetchIt does not control how a provider performs a job beyond these Terms and does not guarantee the condition, quality or legality of goods, which remain a matter between the customer and the provider.

• FetchIt provides the platform "as is" and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, FetchIt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of independent providers or customers.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or endanger others. You may close your account at any time; outstanding obligations survive closure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FetchIt after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
